The block of Leng35 is ultra low permeability reservoir, in early stage of putting into production, natural energy was adopted, reservoir pressure dropped quickly, the decrease range of output was great, and recovery ratio which was adopted with natural energy was low. To improve the effect of development, we proceeded a large of research work around waterflood development, it mainly researched the feasibility of waterflood development in the block,the optimization of injection well pattern and the technology of injection. In this block according to comprehensive research fine injection of high pressure is implemented, water displacement recovery index is forecasted, and the effect of waterflood development is evaluated. It provides valuable experience for waterflood development of low permeability reservoir in west of Lengjia.To improve the development effect of ultra low permeability reservoir, Lengjia oilfield applies production practice technology of ultra low permeability reservoir. In transformation of oil layer, it attains the aim of transforming oil layer and increase deliverability by means of developing optimization design of fracturing technology and mating technology; in absorbing capacity, precision filter technology is adopted for injected water, it ensures to meet the requirements of injected water quality, heavy oil sewage of Lengjia can be achieved with water requirement by heavy manipulation; in this block the reservoir is moderate water sensitivity, degree of mineralization must be improved and the measure of amortizing swell must be adopted when it is injecting. In order to reduce abrupt change of the degree of mineralization and the harm to layer of clay swelling, brine is adopted for injected water that makes the degree of mineralization more than 5000mg/l. According to the research and application above, the effective production practice technology of ultra low permeability reservoir has been formed.
