Phosphorus and nitrogen removal of Sewage has been a hot research field, The trend of wastewater treatment technology is efficient and low-power lost. Anaerobic ammonium oxidation process has achieved the shortest and efficient path by which ammonia was converted into nitrogen, and the process do not require organic carbon source. Denitrifying phosphorus removal technology achieved the unity of the nitrogen and phosphorus removal. The integration of Anammox bacteria and denitrifying phosphorus removal bacteria can achieve the result of nitrogen and phosphorus removal. We enriched anammox bacteria with upflow biofilm reactor,and short-cut denitrifying phosphorus removal bacteria was enriched with SBR reactor.The integration experiment of the two kind bacteria was implemented by adopting SBR.The main results were as follows:1) Utilizing the anammox bacteria, the new anaerobic ammonia oxidation bioreactor was successfully set up.the concentration of ammonia and nitrite is 70 mg/L, HRT=24h,the ammonia removal rate was 94.88%,the nitrite removal rate was 93.62%.With the reduce of HRT, the concentration of ammonia and nitrite is 35 mg/L,the ammonia and nitrite removal rate is 42.88%and 50.48%.2) With the enrichment of Anaerobic ammonium oxidation bacteria, the color of the sludge will gradually turn red from the dark brown. The anammox bacteria was distributed in in the interior of fiber rope.3) The enrichment of denitrifying phosphorus removal bacteria was conducted with SBR, The results of anaerobic phosphorus release and anoxic phosphorus uptake are quite satisfactory, the reactor was set up with the mode of anaerobic /anoxic,the removal rates of COD, NO2--N PO43--P was 76.40%,91.67%75.08% respectively.4) Anammox biofilm bacteria was fixed in the SBR reactor, anoxic nitrite concentration of the coupled system was 24mg/L, the nitrite removal rate was 95.37%and the ammonia is 50.56%, phosphorus removal rate is only 64.16%, phosphorus removal rate is reduced obviously, it shows that anammox bacteria play a role in the system.5) Research on the competition of the two bacteria,the nitrite concentration does not change in the anoxic situation, with the raising of the concentration of ammonia nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen removal amount remained at 8-11 mg/L, and phosphorus removal rate dropped into 60%. The removal efficiency is significantly less than previous domestication stage.
