The cost of the hydroxyl radical activated oxygen production is not high and it has obvious effect in organic wastewater treatment. It shows great development potential in the organic wastewater treatment because of its advantages such as simple manipulation, high oxidative capacity, non-selectivity, high reaction speed, high treatment efficiency, completely harmless degradation of toxic organic pollutants and no secondary pollution.The thesis firstly studied on the conditions of organic wastewater treatment process by hydroxyl radical activated oxygen, the effect of oxidation treatment on alkali residue wastewater of oil refining, urban landfill leachate were investigated. Secondly, studies using hydroxyl radical oxygen in the preparation of equipment-electro-catalytic membrane reactor when the degradation of phenol and phenol degradation rate of hydroxyl radical oxygen in the variation of reaction time.1. After removing oil by acidification, flocculation and oxidation by hydroxyl reactive oxygen species,the total removal rate of CODCr in the alkali residue wastewater of oil refining exceed 99%, and deodorizing effect is obvious, which making a good foundation for the follow-up biological treatment.2. The total removal rate of CODCr in Urban landfill leachate can reach about 62%-65%, NH3-N removal rate 65%-70% and 96% of color reduction by the following three-step chemical precipitation, and deodorizing effect is obvious, coagulation and oxidation by hydroxyl reactive oxygen species. All of the above can make it convenience for the subsequent treatment.3. Degrade the phenol in water through the electro-catalytic membrane reactor can product hydroxyl reactive oxygen species, studying the influence of initial phenol concentration, reaction time and the concentration of hydroxyl radical activated oxygen in product on its degradation rate. The hydroxyl radical oxygen on the degradation mechanism of organic matter and momentum characteristics are also discussed.The paper industry wastewater and wastewater from two angles on the hydroxyl radical oxygen degradation of organic compounds are analyzed, with some innovation.The studies of the alkali residue wastewater of oil refining, urban landfill leachate and the effects of the oxidation treatment provides a range of process conditions for the applications of the pharmaceutical in industry. This paper discusses the degradation effect of the hydroxyl radical activated oxygen on reaction kinetics and improving the efficiency of degradation, it provides theoretical basis to reducing the conditions and the costs of reaction for the application in industry.
