Based on the technology of single-Pd component catalyst preparation, with SEM,TPR and XPS characterization tools, the affect of second active component of Co and additives of La2O3 was studied.Research shows 0.1%Pd-4.0%Co/1% La2O3/γ-Al2O3/COR preparation technology of Pd-Co double component monolithic catalyst has the better affect on removal of VOCs.Conversion of different VOCs could reach 95% above. The affect of concentration, space velocity was studied through toluene catalytic combustion to see its effect.Feasibility analysis about catalytic combustion heating shows that low concentration methane has a good heating effect, which means a better prospect.Reverse flow catalytic combustion reactor integrated with a high degree of efficiency and heat recovery, but also could operated flexibility than the steady state operation.Based on the above theoretical and technical preparation, pilot study of reverse flow reactor on low concentrations of methane was programmed. The process and main equipments were designed and selected. Meanwhile, process measurement technology was taken to control the reactor. The complete pilot program was proposed.
