In recent years, the application of semiconductor quantum dots (QDs) in the biomedical has been studied mostly. It became one of the most popular fields. Because of their unique optical profiles,they can instead the traditional organic dyes. And they could be applied to multicolor and multicomponent analysis, imaging in vitro and in vivo conditions, tumor target cell medicine selection and developing. In this dissertation, we prepare multicolor QDs, and combine them to anti-drug and P-gp inhibitor respect. They were used to study on the MDR of tumor cells. We got a good result. The detailed contents and results are as follows:1. We prepared water soluble CdTe, using thioglycolic acid as stabilizing agent, and conjugated with DOX, TAM which was the inhibitor of P-gp and biotin hydrazide. And we got two new fluorescence probes. We studied the interaction between CdTe-TAM QDs and biotin hydrazide by using fluorescence spectra, infrared spectrometry. And we used the two fluorescence probe to label the breast cancer cells successfully.2. We prepared a new probe antibody-CdTe-TAM and we combine it with CdTe-DOX to study on the inhibitor effort of antibody-CdTe-TAM to P-gp. After we injected the antibody-CdTe-TAM through tail vein, it can be seen by use Fluorescence microscope, the probe with P-gp inhibitor could target to the tumor.
