Carbon fiber composite has a series of advantages for light weight,high modulus,high specific strength,low hermal expansion coefficient high temperature resistance,heat shock resistance,corrosion resistance and vibration absorption,and has extensive application in the field in aerospace,automobile and strategic weapon.As the development of computer technology and industry,lots of experiments has transfered from reality to virtual experiment based on platform of computer. This measure shortens the experimental period and man power and material resources.This paper starting with the microstructure of C/C composite, basing on software of large scale general finite element simulation ABAQUS, constructs the characteristics of "digital+ numerical+ visual+ virtual" as prediction technique of service performance and service behavior for composites.From understanding of interface of composite, effecting material properties of the interface for composite, and simulating precise enough micro-geometrical structure of braided composites, in terms of ABAQUS and operating INP file, design the model of RVE further. Basing on the past interface element, design the heterogeneity interface element. By computing the model, predict the material properties of the C/C composite in heterogeneity interface element. Rich the research works for C/C composite.Creat for design to realize the type of performance guidance of material microstructure and database system of numerical simulation for finite element method.Carbon fiber reinforced composite is usually used in the case of utmost bad environment.The research for performance of Carbon fiber reinforced composite can not stop at the case of single load effective. So introduced service behavior of Carbon fiber reinforced composite in the action of multi-field coupling. According to the theory of numerical calculation:from macroscopic to microscopic and from microscopic to macroscopic that the concept of stratified multi-scales, The general goal of subject is realizing multi-field coupling test of carbon fiber reinforced composite in the computer by researching the theory and computer simulation.And then taking the data just got from macroscopic inherits to microscopic for researching for micro performance of material. This paper work is preliminary study on multi-field coupling in macroscopic.Make technical reference for subsequent study.
