| At present, the complex surface is widely used in machinery products, in the processing of CNC milling, how to reasonably get the cutting parameters of CNC milling machine is important to its processing productivity, cost of production and quality of processing. And it is also an urgent issue need to solve in modern manufacturing technology. In this paper, by constructing the mathematical model of the objective function and using a certain parameter optimization algorithm to obtain the optimal solution of cutting parameters, which is an effective way to acquire reasonable cutting parameters.The research on the strategy of cutting parameters and process optimization problems in the selection of CNC Milling parameters, most of CNC machinists select the milling parameters rely on their experience, however, it can lead to select parameters conservatively and make the effectiveness of machine decline. Thus it is difficult to make use of the advantages of CNC machine, especially for high-speed machines. If cutting parameters are selected over the reasonable or unreasonable, it leads to tremble in the processing of cutting, or manufacture poorer work piece dimension and surface, it also destroys cutters and spindles. In order to improve effectiveness of machine and reduce production costs in the processing of milling, one of significant ways is to optimize CNC milling parameters.In this paper, through analyzing the main factors in the milling process of CNC milling machining, the mathematical model is set up in the process of solving this practical optimization problems, at the time optimization function and the corresponding constraint function are obtained. By using MATLAB software to calculate this mathematical model and get the theoretical optimization results. Then, simulating the work-piece in Mastercam software and making use of former theoretical optimization results. Because the software can automatically implement its automatic programming process under three-dimensional graphics software control in the form of human-machine dialogue, and draw the graphics and rough machining parts finally, selecting the appropriate machine and process may display cutting tool path in computer, then post-processor of this machine automatically generate NC code. Programmers observe this process on the real-time, find unreasonable and wrong parameters timely, and modify them, so the last generation of NC code is feasible. Especially when three-dimensional complex surface parts are processed, Programmers only appropriately change this NC code can generate a new NC code. Therefore, Mastercam soft is helpful in improving productivity, reducing new product development cycle ensuring the product quality and reducing the cost of products.At last, CNC milling machine is connected to OPTIMILL Monitor of OMAT, which monitors actual milling condition and automatically regulates the optimization parameters of every step. Optimization parameters are further optimized. OPTIMILL Monitor of OMAT makes the customer subscriber use the cutting parameters freely. Because of automatic alarm function of OMAT, it can avoid the unreasonable cutting parameters destruction of tools, and declining processing efficiency. |
