Chemical products play a very important role in people's production and lives. With the gradual increase of chemical products, the production process of environmental pollution is gradually increasing; the harm to human health is also widespread and serious, especially in fine chemical products (e.g. pharmacy, dyestuff, daily health products) production process, which let out a lot of toxic and organic substance.A fairly large number of them have complex structures, to be toxic and harmful substance, and hardly degraded by living beings.Because of the difficulties of wastewater disposal,to further improve the research of toxic and organic pollutants has being an important mission in environment management work today. In the laboratory conditions, the wastewater in the secondary petrochemical of the plant as an object, three methods have been compared by experiment to the question of chemical wastewater in deep disposal and toxic organics removal effect which is activated carbon adsorption disposal in the subject. After the test of dosage, ratio, adsorption time, pH and other major factors, which influence on the toxic organic pollutants removal efficiency in chemical wastewater, it come to a conclusion that what is the best condition to remove the toxic and organic pollutants.Main research results are as follows:(1)Activated carbon adsorption disposal, the best carbon amount is 65mg/L, adsorption time is 6h, pH is 5,and the removal rate of water turbidity, COD, nitrobenzene and aniline are respectively 71.2%,75.3%,64.4% and 66.3%.(2)Coagulation, aluminum sulfate and ferric chloride, are formulated with polyacrylamide respectively. Towards the removal rate of the pollutants, the formulation system of ferric chloride and polyacrylamide is better than aluminum sulfate and polyacrylamide. The removal rate of effluent turbidity, COD,nitrobenzene and aniline are respectively 93.5%,60.1%,38.5% and 39.1%.(3)Coagulation—activated carbon adsorption combined disposal, after flocculation, the static adsorption optimal carbon amount is 55mg/L, adsorption time is 5h, pH is 5,and the removal rate of water turbidity, COD,nitrobenzene and aniline are respectively 97.4%,83.8%,78.9% and 79.4%.The dynamic adsorption optimal velocity is 26.7-33.2 mL/min, and the removal rate of water turbidity, COD, nitrobenzene and aniline reach 97.0%,84.0%,79.0% and 80.0% respectively. The results show that:according to the efficiency of chemical wastewater in deep disposal, coagulation—activated carbon adsorption combined disposal technology come a long way than single coagulation or activated carbon adsorption disposal. It makes that water turbidity is less than 0.326NUT, COD is less than llmg/L, effluent quality is significantly improved. The effect is obvious, especially to further improve the level of toxic organic pollutants disposal,it also makes the content of nitrobenzene under 0.093mg/L, aniline content be inferior to 0.109mg/L.
