| Furfural production and export of our country are leaders in the world. In this paper higher value-added downstream products of furfural were engaged to explore their potential. It has great practical significance to enhance our competitiveness and people's living standard, and theoretical significance to engage in scientific research.In this paper, furfural downstream products were synthetized by microwave- assisted method. It has the advantages of higher product yield, lower energy consumption, and environmentally friendly.Furfural become furoin through Benzoin Condensation with the role of vitamin B1, and then furoin synthesized furil through the oxidation. Each of the two intermediates as raw materials for the three reactions of this thesis: the effect of furil and ammonia, the synthesis imidazole derivatives with microwave and the reaction of furoin ester and ammonium acetate with microwave. The resulting compounds of three reactions which have better yield contained imidazole ring and furan ring.In the effect of furil and ammonia, we have isolated the 2,4,5-tri(furan-2-yl)- 1H-imidazole(I), 1,2-di(furan-2-yl)-2-iminoethanone(II) and 1,2-di(furan-2-yl)ethane- 1,2-diimine(III). The synthesized product were Characterized by IR, elemental analysis, MS spectra, 1H NMR and13C NMR, in which 2,4,5-tri(furan-2-yl)-1H- imidazole was also carried out 13C-1H correlation spectroscopy and X-diffraction ation, identified the structure of the compounds. Explore the mechanism of this reaction by GC-MS.Twelve kinds of imidazole compounds (a-l) were synthesized with microwave- assisted. Their were characterized by IR, elemental analysis, MS spectra, 1H NMR and 13C NMR to determine structure. And we investigated on the influence of different solid carriers in reaction of 4-(4,5-di(furan-2-yl)-1H-imidazol-2-yl)phenol. Acidic aluminum oxide is the best response to solid carriers, and put forward a reasonable reaction mechanism.In the microwave assisted furoin ester and ammonium acetate reaction, five imidazole compounds(A-E) were synthesized. The first we should synthesize furoin ester, Then the furoin ester and ammonium acetate react in acidic aluminum solid carriers with microwave. All compounds were characterized to determine their structures and the reaction mechanism was proposed.The imidazole ring which has special nature can be served as excellent organic non-linear optical materials. In this paper, the luminescent properties of compounds were measured to determine the fluorescence quantum yield, and got satisfactory results. It played an important role to the use of furan derivatives in optical materials. |
