Dynamic water vapor system is alumina production energy supply systems, power supply and control the level of quality will directly affect the production, the traditional manual scheduling of the model can not satisfy the needs of modern enterprises. This thesis focuses on internal water, gas, heat the scheduling system independent existence, stand-alone run this state and the dynamic scheduling information exchange and sharing of research and practice.Based on the SCADA system, PLC technology and network communication technology, modern web-based scheduling to follow the basic ideas, to the power supply system process, the rational design of vapor control and supervision, combined with Induview system Siemens S7-300 PLC and other industrial control technology, to solve the SCADA platform, data acquisition and communication of three parts of the implementation method, the implementation of the transformation of the water vapor PLC posts by Dongfang Electronics Induview system to achieve integrated water vapor system information and remote monitoring, complete the on-site data acquisition and device control. Operational water vapor transfer system, the water/sewage system consists of industrial water, sewage treatment, water supply and drainage treatment, the entire gas supply of 11 stations of information, through the communication network, the data sent in batches dispatch center, to achieve Water/Wastewater SCADA monitoring system.In this paper, centralized monitoring system design, SCADA system functions and technical data, dispatch center configuration, station-side access to the program, monitoring software development, a detailed analysis of the design, the final evaluation on the system works is given. The dynamic real-time remote monitoring system to be completed by internal water, gas, thermal data acquisition, processing and graphical display, query historical data, alarms, reports, Web publishing features, to achieve every post unattended management, improved scheduling information real-time, accuracy, achieve energy conservation, power supply systems to protect the safety, economic operation purposes.
