Platular heat exchanger has been used extensively in the petrochemical industry for its excellent heat transfer performance. The optimization design of gas-liquid distributor is important for ensuring two-phase mixing and keeping efficient and safe operation of heat exchanger. This paper carried out gas and liquid flow research and experimental study of two-phase feed combination distributor, the results show that injection angle and initial velocity of fluid affect the jet trajectory mostly, and the hole diameter of less impact on the trajectory; Used in engineering practice as 6~10m/s velocity range of export, with the opening angle increases, flow velocity decreases the impact on the trajectory; When the jet stream generated by the formation of secondary droplets broken for more than lmm in diameter, updraft had no significant effect on trajectories. Through the experimental study of entrainment, Volume of gas entrained liquid not only depends on gas flow and entrained space height two factors, but also the opening rate of the distribution board should be considered; when entrainment height less than 0.5m, the influence of opening rate is obvious. According to experimental results, Fitting out critical entrainment formula of two opening rate when in different entrainment height.
