Most of sandstone oilfields are now in the extra-high water cut stage after long-term waterflood development in our country. Be aimed at this sort of oilfield, chemical flood can effectively raise ultimate recovery of oilfield. SP (surfactant/polymer) binary combination flooding nowadays has been studied and applied widely because of its own advantage. Binary combination flooding can produce more oil than polymer flooding owing to the decrease of interfacial tension; achieve the same flooding effect with ASP combination system in the same situation of the chemical agents cost, while also reducing the negative impact to the deliverability caused by emulsification and the emulsion processing, eliminating the problems of crustation caused by alkali in the ASP flooding.Taking jing6759 block of shencai as an example, based on the comprehensive evaluation of water flooding in this block, this paper carried out the remaining oil distribution research via numerical simulation to identify the potential area, and summarizes the remaining oil distribution rule. Then, the main reservoir suitable for chemical flooding was chosen by means of the fuzzy mathematics evaluation method; using the established geological model and the current well pattern conditions, the work about optimizing chemical agents (including polymer flooding and binary surfactant-polymer flooding) injection parameters was carried out for the main reservoir. In comparison with the polymer flooding, the results have come to the conclusion that SP is better than polymer flooding. Finally, considering the distribution of remaining oil, using binary composite system, the encryption programs and new well pattern programs were formulated, by the comparison of forecasted development results, the optimum program was chosen, and the program economic evaluation and risk analysis were conducted. This paper explored binary combination flooding methods aimed at extra-high water cut oilfield, and the outcomes of this paper provides the practical experience and theoretical reference for follow-up developing of the extra-high water cut oilfield.
