The heavy oil recovery is important in the petroleum industry,because the resources of heavy oil are plentiful in China.High viscosity,high density and poor flow ability of Liaohe heavy oil brought great difficulties to the production and transportation of the heavy oil.It has important value to improve its flow behavior in production process by developing various chemical flow improves.On the basis of summarization and exploration of the mechanism of water-soluble viscosity reducer,two viscosity reducer which aims to Liaohe heavy oil's character were designed.The viscosity reducer effection is separating the resin and asphalt from layer structure and liberating liquid component which is packed by heavy oil.the better conditions of the best viscosity reducer for Liaohe heavy oil were investigated in this paper.By separator way,It could be found that Liaohe heavy oil were extra high in viscosity and the total content of resin and asphaltene is close 50%.Temperature and shear rate on the rheological property of the heavy oil were also discussed,The results indicate that viscosity of heavy oil decrease with the increasing of temperature.and shear rate.When arrive some point,the viscosity close to the stant,the heavy oil change to the Newton liquid.The best dose of viscosity reduction(AS) was 0.1%,could reduce the viscosity of Liaohe heavy oil 74.9%.The best synthesis conditions of A-St were:the mole ratio of the M:St was 3:1,the reaction temperature was 80℃,the amount of initiator was 1.2%,the reaction time was 7h.The best dose of viscosity reduction (AMS)was 0.1%,could reduce the viscosity of Liaohe heavy oil 82.9%.The best synthesis conditions of A-M-St were:the mole ratio of the M:St was 6:1:2,the reaction temperature was 80℃,the amount of initiator was 1.2%,the reaction time was 8h.Combinating viscosity reducter (AS)and commodity M,When the dose of secondry combination was 0.1%,the ratio of AS:T was 1:2,the ratio of viscosity reduction was 92.1%.This is because that the cooperation of two viscosity reducers,is more efficient on improving rheological properties of ultra-heavy oil than single.The other viscosity reducer also is the similarity condtion.Finally,two types of viscosity reducers by infrared spectroscopy were analyzed.It was proved by using infrared ray graph that all kinds of groups existed in viscosity reducers.
