Well productivity is the end result of the exploration and development technology, and this is a source of oil profits. Perforating is an important part of oil and gas development, that the perforation result judged is one of the foundations that an effective assessment productivity of well.As the downhole perforating data can not be directly measured, it is acquire to rely entirely on ground-based simulation. So we have to measure the real data on the quality of the perforation tools, it is the basis of the reasonable evaluate well productivity.In this paper, the artificial sandstone features, reservoir lithology, API perforating evaluation techniques are studied.By analyzing several typical sandstone data at home and abroad information, we studied the fabrics elements about that core performance affected. By studied the impact of its performance the physical and chemical properties of concrete sand, micro-environments and process characteristics ,we recognized the constraint condition about API19B concrete sandstone.This paper combines the pouring and baking process, mechanical properties long-term stability, suitable for industrial production of special mortar materia, and developed the artificial sand detection targets with this material. According to the norms and standards, we assessed this artificial sand detection targets by perforating, and framed Relations Plate of between the perforation detection test data and the special perforation testing targets, to offer the basis for downhole perforation evaluating.
