In this thesis, we reported the Lewis acid catalyzed amination reactions. They are expressed in details as follows:In the first part, YbCl3-catalyzed hydroaminations of norbornene and styrene were reported. The reaction mechanism was investigated. In the second part, the reductive amination of amines with aldehydes and ketone promoted by La(NO3)3·6H2O/NaBH4 system was presented. The reaction mechanism was suggested. In the third part, we reported the hydroamination of alkynes catalyzed by GaCl3. GdCl3 catalyzed one-pot reaction of aldehydes, amines, and alkynes, which gives quinoline derivatives in good yields, was also presented.
