The 6061 aluminum stick is used to investigatehe influence of solution-aging treating on the mechanical properties,and discussed isothermal extrusion distortion behavior with the THERMORESTOR-W hot simulator,the DEFORM 3D/2D commercial finite element software,Metallography microscope and so on.The content includes:Using the different solution-aging treating is to investigatehe influence on the mechanical properties of the 6061 aluminum; From hot simulator has obtained the true stress-strain curves under different strain speed and the different temperature; From true stress-strain curves and Using DEFORM 3D/2D has been discussed the change rule and has established finite element model with boundary condition of the heat conduction,the heat convection,the friction heat generation and the plastic merit and so on. The results are as follows:1,After solution-aging treating,the 6061 aluminum alloys'intensity had enhanced.The main strengthening is Mg2Si, it melts fully in the alloy with melting temperature elevation,and enhanced the alloy degree of hardness. The quenching temperatures engaged in the better mechanical properties were 530℃, quenching time was 6 h, the aging temperature was 173℃and aging time was 3 h.2,Through the single axle compression experiment had obtained the true stress-strain curves under different strain speed and the different temperature.The distortion temperature and the strain speed were important attribute to affect the flow stress of 6061 aluminum alloys, the flow stress gets smaller with the increase of deformation temperature at the same strain rate, and becomes larger with the increase of strain rate at the same temperature.3,The Zener-Hollomon parameter was suitable for 6061 aluminum alloy. The Zener-Hollomon parameter,Z,is defined by the expression: Z=εexp(393.8354/RT) and Constitutive equation isε=1.88×1010[sinh(0.0606σ)]20.889 exp(-393.8354/RT)4,Through the massive simulations, discovered that the extrusion speed is 10mm/s and the extrusion temperature is 400℃can realized the isothermal extrusion basically.Its discharge hole temperature is 453℃, the lateral section gradient of temperature difference is smaller than 10℃.5,From the simulation, the result show Micro area strain can led to micro area internal energy increased and Dynamic recrystallization,then form big crystal grain.
