Along with the rapid expansion of national economy. Various kinds of industry will face constantly accrescent on pipe requirements. At the moment, the processing of pipes in civil enterprise are apt to pipeline NC lathes with workpiece rotating itself.However,owing to the curve on its axis or being unsymmetric structure,it will have lots problems in the course of pipe rotating when processing the larger and longer caliber pipes(larger than theφ100mm).For example, it not only will cause huge noise and vibration but also will have problems such as poor production efficiency in machine tools and the intensity of labour force and so on. In order to solve the problems in production, we devised a new-style pipeline NC lathe on the basis of correlated technical requirements which are put forward by plants.And it met the production needs.This thesis studied the pipeline NC lathes which has no rotation on pipes while totating on the tools.We would find out insufficient that is being and bring forth new ideas in it by means of researching the method of processing whorl in common machine tools.We draw up the transmission scheme and demonstrate its feasibility. Eventually integrated use of the mechanical design, CAD technology, SolidWorks technology to design the main driving part of the machine.Key components of the spindle box with Ansys finite element software analysis and optimization of dynamic characteristics The subject of design part of the machine's main drive.The design for the entire machine to lay a good foundation.First of all, starting from the processing methods detailed way the machine's drive Its core technology is the use of electronic transmission chain instead of mechanical transmission chain of motion synthesis.Radial feed servo motor through the gear, bevel gear and screw nut.The motor's rotary motion into rotary slide along the flat plate of the radial feed motion To complete the Z-axis feed function.Secondly,using AutoCAD software to design the various parts of machine tools and assembly drawings and parts diagram Equipment using SolidWorks software to model parts Of parts and sub assemblies for the overall structure of the virtual assembly.Check whether the device occurred in the assembly interference and continually revised the design errors.Virtual assembly is completed,using SolidWorks Animator plug-in animated demonstration of the assembly.Check equipment for all moving parts of the spatial position as well as the coordination between the moving parts.Finally, Ansys finite element software on spindle, spindle box for Dynamic characteristic analysis to predict the machine when we work force and deformation.According to forecasts the size of the original design optimization Determine the optimal size of parts.
