Hot-blast stove is one of the most important equipments of iron-smelting, ensuring stable running of the hot-blast stove is the key of raising the air temperature supplied to blast furnace.Based on industrial background of research on blast furnace hot-blast stove actuator life lengthening in civil some large steel enterprise, this paper finds out the problem of the hot blast stove's actuator through investigating of the technological process, furthermore, the method of hot blast stove's actuator life lengthening is presented.Firstly, this paper introduces the technological process of hot blast stove briefly, and analyzes the load characteristics of hot blast stove actuator, and presents the way of hydraulic as the method of hot blast stove's actuator life lengthening based on the high temperature, high pressure and dust-laden characteristics of iron-melting environment, then designs the actuator's hydraulic system . Researches the leakage and shock which have great effect on the hydraulic system, and takes some effective measures to resist the leakage and shock.Secondly, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of meter-in speed control circuit and meter-out speed control circuit, then chooses the meter-out speed control circuit as the system circuit because it is more suitable for the high temperature environment; Furthermore, models and analyzes the dynamic characteristics of meter-out speed control circuit in stability, rapidity and speed rigidity, and adopts some measures to improve the dynamic character of the hydraulic system.Afterward, this paper designs the electrical system of supplying power for actuator and the Distributed Control System of hydraulic system, researching the configuration technology of DCS in software, and builds the I/O and point of the software of the control system; According to the requirement of the technical process of hot blast stove, compiles the control program of hydraulic system and all control valves using the SAMA map as the program language and AutoCAD as the basic tool, and draws the human-machine interface of control software, studies on the anti-interference technology of DCS and finds out the main reason of interference, then takes effective anti-interference method.At the end, this paper describes the implementation of the hot blast stove's actuator life lengthening and system industrial application in detail, and verifies the feasibility, reliability and stability of this system, lengthening the life of actuator and providing base for the other hot blast stove's actuators technology renovation. |
