With the development of modern Chromatographic techniques, chiral chromatographic separationtechnology derived from the chromatographic separation has become a hot topic in modern science. Chromatographic separation using chiral polymers as chiral stationary phase has been widely used in materials science, biochemistry, medical sanitation , asymmetric synthesis and asymmetric catalysis, etc.Different space configuration and different molecular weight of chiral amide monomers were synthesized by use of three kinds of chiral amines as chiral pool, using condensation of three unsaturated chloride, and found out the appropriate response line. The production was purified through a variety of methods, characterized By IR, NMR and elemental analysis. And purity product was obtained.The reaction mechanism and reaction conditions were discussed respectively.Three kinds of chiral alcohols were used as chiral pool together with three kinds of unsaturated acids for esterification, under the catalytic of N, N'- dicyclohexyl carbodimide (DCC) and 4-dimethylaminopyridines.The mechanism and conditions of the reaction were discussed respectively, finding the best reaction conditions. Characterized By IR, NMR and elemental analysis, purity product was obtained.Hydrogen polysiloxane was synthesized by the two methods. And the molecular weight and the content of hydrogen in hydrogen polysiloxane were determined. By changing the reaction conditions and amount of no use, hydrogen polysiloxane with suitable molecular weight and hydrogen content was obtained. Polysiloxane chiral stationary phases containing asymmetric side chains were prepared by hydrogen silicone cycloaddition reaction using appropriate hydrogen polysiloxane and chiral Esters monomers,and was characterized by infrared chromatography.A variety of polymers as chiral stationary phase has been produced by free radical polymerization, by changing the amount of chiral monomer to regulate chiral side chain content of chiral stationary phase , the optical activity changes were tested.Currently, the research of chiral technology is mostly confined in the laboratory. Although remarkable achievements have been made, the development of chiral technology is just at a beginning, especially for the synthesis mechanism and the function to organisms, and synthesis and applications of chiral polymers still needs further improvement.
