Acidibility is the property index to reflect acidization result in the hydrolysis and acidification process of anaerobic biological treatment,its meaning is that when the dilution or undilution wastewater is completely acidified,the ratio of the sum of degradation COD and outwater VFA with the inwater COD.It can be tseted by some method,and the mesuration process is affected by various factors. In this paper,on the basis of early experiment to make an orthogonal test design for the acdibility of wastewater determination process,preliminary judged each factor's significant level to the acdibility of wastewater determination process.And further tested the influence of single-factor,got the change trend of various factor to the process, got the simple and efficient method to test the acidibility of wasterwater,laid foundation for its popularization and application in wastewater treatment.And then tested some common high concentration organic wastewater with the optimized method.Used Artificial sucrose-peptone as meterial, to adjust the initial pH value of waste water and, under the condition of activated sludge in oscillation incubator for training, using the orthogonal design of L9 (34) ,choosed temperature, activated sludge quantity, oscillation frequency and diluted times as the factors, maked acidification as the reference figure,got the significant order of each factor to influence the acidification of wastewater: the temperature > sludge quantity > diluted times >oscillation frequency, temperature can have a significant influence on the testing results of acidification and shorten the acidification time.Make good choice of the factors can greatly improve the acidification rate, shorten the measuring time of acidification characteristics.And then with the beer artificial wastewater as material,investige the influence of singal factor to the acidibility measuration process,obtained the optimized conditions of acidification measuration. The best temperature measurement acidification for 35 degrees Celsius, activated sludge quantity for 0.844g/L, wastewater dilution ratio according to determine COD, the diluted COD of wastewater is between 1000mg/L and 2000 mg/L. Oscillations frequency for 150r/min speed can be achieved as the optimal acidification effect. After the optimization the wastewater acidification can be determined in time of 10 days, shorten the time for the index, in practical engineering application has laid a good foundation.Using the optimized method to test the acidification value of some common high concentration organic wastewater,based on the Biological ability judge reference form.Preliminary results can be obtained that the value is less than 0.35 is easy to acidify, 0.35~0.6 is can be acidified, 0.6 above is for better acidification.Based on the optimited method, construct similar index system as biochemical,then combined the acidibility degree, to provide reference for reactor design in the process of anaerobic biological.
