Poultry breeding is a major leading industry in our country. However, the pollution caused by Poultry breeding has become the main reason in countryside pollution. The wastewater of Poultry heavily polluted surface water, groundwater, soil and air. At the same time, it is also directly impacted people's health and normal productive life.The activated sludge process with suspend filler technique, hang filler in the aeration tank. It is not only provides surface area, but also reduces hydraulic impact for the microorganism. So the microorganisms increase quickly. Highly improve the reactor ability of resistance to shock loading and purification efficiency. Perfect the purification process.The effluent quality is better. The result reveals:(1) The activated sludge process-with suspend filler technique combine filler processes that is microorganisms high concentration with activated sludge processes can remove T and P synchronization., treatment the poultry wastewater effective.(2) The best MLSS is 2000-2500mg/L in the aeration tank. In the low MLSS, the system adsorb and degradation the pollutants inefficiencies because of lack of microorganisms, the high MLSS lead the lack of DO.(3) The aeration time affect greatly for the system. When the aeration time adds to the 5h, removal rate grows slowly. The best aeration time is 5h.(4)The DO too low caused the biochemical reaction inadequacy, the effluent was bad. The DO too high was not only wasting energy, but also caused the sludge loose. The best DO is 2.5mg/L(5) Compared the conventional activated sludge process and the alternating aerobic/anoxic model, because add oxygen mixing, first, it comes about the NO2-N and NO3-N that provides conditions for the next denitrification in the aerobic conditions; second, the denitrification releases the alkalinity that provide conditions for the next remover of NH3-N.(6) Compared the conventional activated sludge process and the alternating aerobic/anoxic model, the removal of the pollutants is no significant effect. First, after suspend the flier, the microorganisms increase quickly, so it can adsorbs and breaks up the pollutants in a short time; second, the DO in the surface higher than inside, it is good for denitrification, raise the ability of removal of N. So, the water index is small in the two models.
