Microwave Induced Oxidation Process (MIOP) with Titanium hybridSilsequioxane as catalyst and Titanium hybrid Silsequioxane adsorption undermicrowave irradiation were introduced into the treatment of aniline wastewater.Furthermore, corresponding theoretical investigation was performed. Upon the basisof adsorption of organic pollutants on Titanium hybrid Silsequioxane and intensiveabsorption of MV by Titanium hybrid Silsequioxane, organic pollutants weredecomposed and carbonized under microwave irradiation.Firstly, because the presence of a metal in the siloxane framework often resultsin high thermal stability and improved catalytic and conducting properties. Cubiccage-like tetramethylammonium octasilicate was synthesized using ethyl silicate andtetramethylammonium hydroxide as precursors. And it was synthesized that a newkind of titanium hybrid silsesquioxane using Cubic cage-like tetramethylammoniumoctasilicate and dichlorodiethoxytitanium as precursors.Secondly, based upon process research, kinetic parameters, standard free energyΔG0,enthalpyΔH0 and entropyΔS0 of adsorption were calculated from differentparameters. Meanwhile, the adsorption mechanism was attributed to the experiment. The results showed that adsorption amount and heat emission were higher, and Esmaller. The adsorption property of titanium hybrid Silsequioxane to anilineaccorded to the Freundilich adsorption isotherm and attributed to the favorableadsorption equation. After then, according to the analysis result of IR, NMR and HPLC examinationin different reaction stage. The aniline degradation mechanism was presumed in thisresearch. The results showed that aniline was decomposed to small molecules asCO2 and H2O.The microwave assisted catalytic oxidation process of aniline degradation were studied. The influence of various parameters on the treatment effect was investigated. These parameters include initial concentration of the wastewater,pH value, reacttemperature, the microwave power and quantity of catalyst and oxidation reagentetc. As the result, the apparent kinetic equation of microwave assisted oxidationreaction can be deduced as following:...
