In recent years, with annual crude oil prices rise, an increasing number of domestic low-cost low-quality imports of high-sulfur crude oil, resulting in an increasing number of refineries began to refining high-sulfur crude oil, and this resulted in a series of accidents and near-miss accidents, which threat people's lives and health and safetyseriously, but also created large amount of economic loss. To further enhance the processing of high-sulfur crude oil refining enterprise safety, especially for the safety facilities and management of the refinery whose material has changed from original low-sulfur crude oil to high-sulfur crude oil. To reduce accidents and losses resulting from raw material changes, this paper starting from raw materials to study the situation of risk after refining high-sulfur crude oil, and take Liaoyang Petrochemical specific circumstances for example, from corrosion, hydrogen sulfide poisoning, spontaneous combustion of ferrous sulfide analysis of three aspects of high-sulfur crude oil to bring potential risks in the refinery. Respectively, for these three aspects of its conduct in-depth analysis of the causes of, and the actual situation for the refinery to identify potential risks and key positions. Then this basis, proposed to change refining sour crude for effective prevention and control measures for high-sulfur refinery to provide a better guide to safe and stable operation. Research shows that most high-sulfur crude oil refinery is brought to corrosion damage, made for the coking unit to high-temperature sulfur corrosion is particularly severe in the low temperature will also be part of the dew point of hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion cracking and corrosion; on possible sulfide the location of hydrogen poisoning and poisoning according to the possibility of harm, a danger zone the size of proposed classification method, and Liaoyang Petrochemical delayed coking unit to a regional risk classification obtained rich gas compressor area is safer than the device high areas; against the danger of spontaneous combustion of ferrous sulfide analysis of its formation mechanism, the main generating site and so on. Corrosion for the refinery, delayed coking unit to focus on corroded areas as an example, high-temperature sulfur corrosion on the factors and the variation with time tested research, analysis of different materials under different conditions of corrosion resistance, and over time changes in the law, provide the basis for the anti-corrosion measures. Finally, now more and more domestic refining high-sulfur crude oil to change the situation, from the anti-corrosion, anti-virus, anti-ignition point of view, from the process, device, system and management in four aspects, to focus on effective prevention and control measures for high-sulfur refinery to provide a better guide to safe and stable operation.
