| With the rapid development of education, colleges and universities pay more and more attention to research and development about teaching laboratory equipment. Various kinds of laboratory equipment become increasingly evident. Advanced Teaching Equipment cultivate practical ability and spirit of innovation of students.Now we have a drilling rig hoisting laboratorial platform, which is experimental operating system for students. Its mechanical systems can be correctly used, but part of it is too old, and sensors have been damaged. Students can't do the experiment any more. In this paper, I redesign the drilling rig hoisting laboratorial platform, and write control software in order to make full use of existing equipment.The drilling rig hoisting laboratorial platform is divided into hardware system and software system based on modular design. In the hardware, I select the type of torque speed sensor and pull pressure sensor, design the paste of strain gauges, use disc type brake replaced with brake, and use AC frequency conversion electric drive. In the software, I connect the computer with the platform by LabVIEW and DAQ Card. Data obtained by sensors is transported to computers used for processing. The platform can be used for teaching experiment about research on winch hoisting dynamics and kinematic, disc type brake function, torque converter transmission on the winch, and the impact of dynamic load on the derrick. |
