In this thesis, the physical model about the electric space and inlet air box of the ESP is established. Computational fluid dynamics analysis software Fluent is used to simulate the flow field distribution of the two parts. And the influence of air movement of these two parts on the fine dust into the dust collector is in-depth analyzed, including the Charge, capture and coagulation of the fine dust.Firstly, space model of the electric field is established, and the movement state of fine dust particle will be influenced by the flow field distribution while the corona wire is single,three and five. The result shows that, there are two vortexes in opposite directions near the corona wire, the residence time of dust in the electric space is prolonged, the movement of fine dust particle will be influenced greatly by the vortexes, and the fine dust is discharge fully in the effect of vortexes, the vertexes have positive effects on the fine dust charge,capture and coagulation, but the secondary blowing dust is easily formed in the exit.Secondly, the feasibility and practicality of the established electric field model is validated by reordering the completed experimental data, and the model can be used to power the further analysis of flow field inside.Finally, the dispersion of the air distribution plate in inlet air box is simulated. By changing the layer,position,opening ratio and other parameters of the air distribution plate, the change of flow field caused by the different parameters of the air distribution plate is analyzed. The result shows that, the flow is influenced by the distribution plate greatly, the flow field is more uniform when the parameters of the distribution plate is changed.The change of flow field in ESP is analyzed and according improvement suggestions are given, by the way of simulation, it will provide theoretical foundation and basis, a new idea of studying ESP.
