In this paper,use of finite element software ABAQUS,cell life and death technology,users add subroutine functions and the temperature field and stress field analysis function of the T-joint welding joints separate state,TIG weld toe dressing condition and TIG weld toe dressing+350℃to 650℃chilling treatment under different temperature conditions of temperature and residual stress field numerical simulation;In addition,the use of blind hole method for three kinds of process conditions,were carried out after welding residual stress of each test,and with the calculation of results compared.The resulting:welded joints welded under the surface of the vertical residual stresses are tensile stress,while the transverse tensile residual stress has compressive stress;TIG weld toe dressing,the welded joint surface of the vertical and transverse residual stress has a different level increases,and both tensile stress state;TIG weld toe dressing after its overall when heated to certain temperature spray chilling treatment,can significantly reduce weld toe residual stress, can adjust the residual stress field,fatigue strength of welded joints formed a favorable compression stress. When applied at 450℃chilling source,the surface of the vertical weld toe residual stress fundamental changes in the vicinity of zero value. The transverse residual stress has been completely transformed into compression stress;when dressing layer at 450℃to exert more chilling when the source of the surface of weld toe residual stress can be transformed into two-way compressive stress state. Obviously;the surface presents a two-way weld toe stress conducive to further improve the fatigue strength of joints. TIG weld toe dressing the chilling process can improve weld toe into a kind of geometry can reduce the stress concentration and compressive stresses are the two methods,the structure of the technology in welding applications and promotion will be important practical value.
