As a new plastic processing technology, the continuous extrusion forming technics compared to the traditional production process has more advantages such as high productivity, low energy-consuming, good quality of product and so on, especially adaptable for the products with large dimension, high intensity and extra requirement of length. Because of its superiority over the traditional extusion technics, so it is widely used in the production.Copper alloy with high mechanical properties and wear resistance, high thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity. In modern industrial production, with a very wide range of applications. The traditional processing technology of copper alloy with high production costs, high energy and other shortcomings.The experiment combined with continuous extrusion technology for the practice of continuous extrusion of brass and test experience,and applied TLJ250 continuous extrusion machine to do the experiment of H65 brass continuous extrusion. In the continuous extrusion forming horizontal sampling area, and this regional flow pattern, microstructure and composition distribution analysis.Experimental results show that: H65 brass in continuous extrusion process, in the gauge block on the side, due to the uneven flow velocity billet and massive shear deformation, resulting in less than 1mm in here to generate a hierarchical area, and there small grains.
