Micellar-enhanced ultrafiltration is a surface active agent and the combination of ultrafiltration technology in the treatment of low strength wastewater with very good prospects. This thesis introduces the membranes fouling and the basic profile and mechanism. I n this paper, two different molecular weight cutoff polysulfone ultrafiltration membrane P6(MWCO 6000Dalton) and P10 (MWCO 10000alton), Anionic surfactants sodium dodecylsulfate (SDS) was investigated systematically, the mode of operation is to retain fluid back to the feed liquid pool. Under the same conditions, with the SDS concentration in the feed solution increases, the permeation flux decreased. Retain fluid flow is larger, the larger permeation flux under the same conditions, but with the infiltration of fluid volume increased continuously feed liquid concentrated SDS solution, the flux decline. Consider different pressure, temperature, different surfactants (SDS, CPC) on the membranes. As the operating pressure, temperature, then under the same conditions, the flux will increase. Comparison of roll membrane, under the same conditions, the flux hollow fiber membrane modules more.SDS solution on membrane pollution form, the concentration polarization is the main pollution. Ultrafiltration operating conditions of concentration polarization pollution effects, in addition to intercept fluid flow. In the same condition, the liquid flow greatly when interception, when the concentration polarization membrane pollution is small. Compare the different surfactants (SDS,CPC), different operation modes, under the condition of fluid backflow of no influence of membrane, SDS solution for membrane pollution is small. But in the same conditions, the infiltration of membrane flux concentration of liquid with incoming decreases. But with the incoming liquid concentration, increasing concentration, hollow fiber membrane contaminated are obvious, permeate flux decline faster. Through comparing with several different cleaning methods, optimal cleaning method is obtained, That is, not pressure wash with water first 20 minutes, then 45℃of water pressure cleaning 20 minutes, get the good cleaning result, permeate flux is fully recovered.
