This paper designs on atmospheric nougat production equipment, the equipment can automatically measure, heat, temperature, stirring and transportation the syrup. The production equipment includes heat-conducting oil boil sugar pot, KDC-55 syrup pumps,ADS1234 high-precision temperature meter, mixing cans. The project design is the enterprise commission.Design process including the mechanical design and electrical control design. Among them, mechanical design, including the pot design, design of mixing tank and the pump and flow meter selection etc.; Electrical control design, including temperature controller design, control of transmission and pump motor.Mainly, it included in the following points:(1) This article analyzes the existing traditional nougat production technology production process, point out that in the existing models,the phenomenon in Nougat production industry is labor-intensive, low productivity, poor candy ,shortcomings quality consistency.Meanwhile, modular systematic steps; In addition, through experiments, refine, quantify the production process, To make the original manual for the nougat production technology be mechanization and automation;(2) Discussed the characteristics of steam heating, electric heating, oil heating, electromagnetic heating, super-conductive heating and other sugar producing equipment in the existing market. By comparing their advantages and disadvantages, described the main reason that selection of heat-conducting oil boil sugar pot as the main equipment through the projects conducting;(3)Lists advantages and disadvantages of a variety of transmission, flow metering equipment; analyzes the working principle of their and through the relevant calculation to given out selection criteria of transmission, flow metering equipment;(4) Design the heat-conducting oil boil sugar pot, given out the design parameters and related indicators. The main part of the design include sandwich pot design, heating system design, design of mixing system.The paper also discusses the power issues of heating system and stirring motor, to minimize power consumption;(5) Design of automatic mixing tank, described the design principle, working procedures of the tank and so on.(6) Design a electrical equipment control system for boil sugar. Including the electronically controlled heating system, electronically controlled transmission system and electric control stirring system; discussion of the principle of circuit breakers, relays, contactors, time relays related parameters on the impact of electronic control equipment;(7) Design MSP430 microcontroller-based temperature monitoring instrument. Elaborate microcontroller the working principle and characteristics of ports of the MSP430F149, combined with its rich microcontroller timer, comparator and interrupt resources to design a relatively simple method of temperature measurement; shows the importance of applications microcomputer controlled temperature measurement and control technology in nougat manufacturing;(8)Debug the atmospheric nougat production equipment. Including hardware debug, software debug, among them, hardware debug is to check the operation of equipment, and to verify the feasibility of the design; software debugging is mainly to debugging procedures.
