Study On Pulse-jet Dust Cleaning System And Gas Flow Field Bag Collector

The pulse-jet bag-Collector is a kind of equipment with high efficiency for collecting dust.At present, in the study field of bag collector, it is always focus study on choosing materials of filter and optimizing blow time.So,researcher spent less time to study on pulse-jet dust cleaning system and gas flow field fag collector.The process of pulse-jet dust cleaning is one of important stepes in using bag collector.When pulse-jet dust cleaning system is working, high velocity and pressure gas enter into the bag though injection pipe and jet hole to clean dust on bag filter.So, the result of dust cleaning is effected by gas flow in injection pipe.The inside gas flow field of the pulse-jet bag-collector is complicated turbulentflow field. The gas of the pulse-jet bag-collector flow uniformity is better for rate of dust cleaning and using life of filter. So we optimize the structure of bag-collector from distribution of gas of the pulse-jet bag-collector.So it is high value to study pulse-jet dust cleaning system and gas flow field.The dust collector efficiency and pressure inside of dust collector is effected by gas flow field in dust collector .As complicated turbulent flow field and the limition physical model test.it can only obtain the parameter of whole flow, while the numerical simulation can offer the detailed information for correlative flow.Because of advantages in numerical simulation in this article, gas flow field numerical simulation about velocity and pressure in dust collector will be done by Fluent. The air distribution flow field were simulated in injection pipe ofdust collector.Different jet hole has different mass gas flow.In order to solve this problem.We find method to distribute gas flow.By this way it is improved efficiency of dust collecting.According to the simulation result, there is a jet air stream displayed close to the inlet.and, the bottom of several bag are strongly impacted. The gas distribution is asymmetry.So gas is filtrated different in each bag. By using airflow-distribution plate, bag impact is reduced and gas is distributed.This research provides some active methods to the stimulation to the inside flow fieldof dust collector and lays a good foundation of using CFD software to make structural optimization and designing in the research in the future.
