| In this thesis, the inflammable charcoal was prepared from poplar charcoal, adhesive and ignition agent. Effects of charcoalization temperature, holding time, type of adhesive, poplar charcoal's water content and granularity , ignition agent's type and content, adhesive/charcoal ration, molding pressure, time and pattern on inflammable charcoal,s properties were investigated. This new burnable corn starch adhesive was available for technology of forming on other pulverized fuelThe optimum conditions were poplar charcoal with granularity under 0.025mm, ignition agent C ration 5%, adhesive/poplar charcoal ration of 0.6, molding pressure 25MPa, and molding time 2min. The inflammable charcoal which could be quickly burning in 5s, and have combustion rate moderate, combustion even and can't scatter untouched, had 11.96% of remains content, 9.00min·g-1 of combustion last time, 6.29N·mm-2 of factor of against crushing. The heat release of 30g inflammable charcoal could allow water to stay in a certain temperature range for a long time.By TGA, elementary analysis and the actual combustion situation, inflammable charcoal,s properties was studied. A derivative differential thermal method was put forward to determine the igniting point of inflammable charcoal. Based on the TG/DTG profiles, combustion mechanism of the inflammable charcoal was proposed. |
