Extra-deep drawing IF steel as the third generation steel used for pressing, can almost satisfy the request of various properties for using in automobiles. With cars, home appliances and various instruments and meters wide molding products into people's lives, surface quality of the stamping plate higher and higher demands, especially the plate used forautomobiles outer panel must be non surface defects, surface defects serious influence the enterprise's economic efficiency.Deformation resistance of metal materials, is the base of the molding process in the material deformation and force calculation, it also have a important effect in the rolling production. This paper carries out an experimental study of the deformation resistance of Ultra-low-carbon Steel. by using Gleeble thermal simulator. This paper discusses the relationship between deformation temperature, strain rate, deformation degree and deformation resistance by analyzing the date, and establishes the mathematical model of the deformation resistance, The model is proved to have good curve fitting characteristics. And discover the serrated plastic instability in the curve of deformation resistance. Ultra-low carbon steel multi-point yield and yield characteristics of the depth of large species are different from most low-alloy steel, which may lead to defects in the edge strip one of the reasons.Deformation resistance combined with ultra-low carbon steel features, laboratory conditions and WISCO hot rolling production process, we find that the oxidation characteristics of ultra-low -carbon steel, rolling friction characteristics and its changes during the development also affect the width of warping defects in the development of important factors. Finally, defects of these factors on the control methods were explored.
