The mold industry is the important pillar industries of machine manufacture, electronics industry, light industry sector's and so on, at present these department's product approximately has 60~80% work piece to use the mold forming. The major part of the plastic, rubber, ceramics, building materials and the glass product also uses the mold forming now. The mold quality, service life and the manufacture cycle have the direct relation with many product qualities, the size precision, the surface roughness, the renewal speed and the product cost. Speaking of our country's mold industry, the mold average useful life is very short, in addition on technical and the management long-term lag, enables our country's mold industry often only to win under the intense market competition depend upon the price, reduced the mold industry benefit. Moreover many large-scale, precise, complexes, long life mold, we still only depended upon from the overseas massive imports. The industry fast development, the mold industry has heavy responsibilities.In the mold use process always appears stick phenomenon, is mainly suffer the influence of the material superficial organization and appearance, surface roughness, degree of hardness, the inoxidizability and the friction and wear performance. Stick may cause the product surface quality reduce, the increase product cost, mold life short and so on. This article plans to use the present emerging special processing method - electron beam surface modified technology, processing the mold surface, analysis the electron beam processing parameter, coats factors and alloy performance and thickness to the material surface performance influence, use this technology to improves the mold surface performance, promotes the demolded property, And simulates the temperature field distribution situation through the electron beam surface alloy.The topic has carried on the electron beam direct surface treatment to the 40Cr material, and electron beam surface alloy processing to the 3Cr2W8V material, as well as carries on the temperature field numerical of electron beam surface alloy analysis with the Ansys software to 3Cr2W8V the superficial spreading covered Ti. summarized: (1)the influence of electron beam processing parameter to material surface appearance and organization change; (2)the material surface performance along with electron beam processing parameter change tendency; (3) when electron beam surface alloy ,the material various depths temperature branch situation . Through this topic research, proved the utilization electron beam surface modified method, carries on the general modification and the surface alloying to the mold material surface carried out the big improvement to the material surface organizational structure and the performance, simultaneously has the a big promotion to the mold demolded property.
