The offshore oil production system is different with that of the land. Because the lifespanoftheoffshoreoil platform is about 20 years onaverage,weshouldproduceas muchoilandgaswecaninthatshorttime.Therefore,weneedtotrybesttoimprovetheoilproductionandmaintainit at arelativelyhighlevel.Then,it will bepossibletoproducemoreoil and gasin the limited time. At the same time, the mixtures of oil, gas and water of the wellheadplatform should be transported to the central platform. So, we need to consider the gatheringability of the mixtures and the processing ability of the central platform. Based on the actualsituations of oil and gas production system of the wellhead platform and the studies of heattransfertheory, fluidmechanics, andoptimizationmethods, this paperdivided theoffshoreoilproduction system into several parts: the inflow performance, wellbore multiphase flow, ESPworking conditions, and chokes system by using nodal systems analysis method. Afterstudying every model, this paper established the maximum oil production of wellheadplatform, the most efficient goal of the whole system, and the lowest electricity consumptionpertonoiltostudythemulti-objectiveoptimizationofthewholesystem. Basedontheformerresearches, this paper studied the actual situations of the oil production system of Lvda 5-2wellhead platform in Bohai. Then we used computer to simulate and optimize the productionsystem of the wellhead and finally got three schemes, which can respectively meet themaximumoil productionofthewellhead,themost efficient goal oftheoil producitonsystem,and lowest electricity consumption per ton oil and their chokes and ESP working conditions.Therefore, we optimized the oil production system of wellhead, improved the oil productionand efficiency of the wellhead, lowered the energy consumption, and finally improved theeconomicbenefits.
