Research On Engineering Measures Of Mine Environment Restoration For Heilongjiang Province

On the basis of national policies and regulations, planning and integrated planning, economic and social development status, development and mining of mineral resources and mining environment state of the environment and other aspects of development trends, with historical issues and current status of mine environment of Heilongjiang Province, we study appropriate environmental governance engineering, present mine environmental engineering, at the same time, planning a governance project implementation period, milestones and indicators of project management and repair rate.Repair engineering measures of mining pollution, technical methods of rational use of resources, technological methods developing solid waste, reforming production process and reasonable environmental engineering deployment are proposed.This paper proposes corresponding safeguard of mine environment restoration, and proposes reasonable opinion on the financing of environmental protection and governance issues.
