In this paper, the flakes and ribbons of Fe-(Al,Ga)-(P,B,Si,C) amorphous alloys were prepared by copper mold casting and melt-spinning, XRD,DSC and TEM detection methods were used to investigate the effect of pretreatment on thermodynamic parameters and crystallization process of amorphous.Fe68Ni1Al5Ga2P9.65B4.6Si3C6:75 amorphous alloys remained to be amorphous after 10h,25h, 50h cryogenic treatment. The strong pre-peak appeared in the XRD patterns on the 2θ=36.5°after 25h,50h cryogenic treatment which showed that the strong chemical short existed in amorphous matrix and induced AlNi3C0.5 phase precipitated after annealing crystallization. There were some obvious differences in variety, the amount and size of precipitates after different time cryogenic treatment. The thermodynamic parameters (Tg,Tx,Tp,ΔCp,g) of alloys changed by cryogenic treatment. There was no obvious rules in the thermodynamic parameters (Tg,Tp,ΔCp,g) of alloys as cryogenic time increased, while Tx showed a trend of gradually decreasing. Amorphous alloys which were pre-annealed at 673K ((Tg-100K)
