Construction And Application On Optimization Decision-making Model Of Project T Wastewater Treatment Process In W Company

economic returns and environmental protection, which caused a great wastage on investment, the reason is that the effluent disposal process chosen is not reasonable. Meanwhile, traditional optimization decision-making method can not give satisfactory solution on above problems. Based on the decision-making theory and information theory, this dissertation makes a study on optimization decision -making model of wastewater treatment process. I think the result can provide more guidance and significance to improve the overall efficiency in wastewater treatment plant.The dissertation summarizes the research results in home and aboard on optimization decision -making model of wastewater treatment process. And analyses the existing problems and causes on wastewater treatment process in W Company. Then according to the T project in W Company, it provides three choices on optimization decision -making model of wastewater treatment process. And it builds up corresponding decision-making index according to'economic efficiency','skill set','environment effect'and'management efficiency'after analyzing and comparing basic research material, it also use analytical hierarchy process (AHP) to get the index weight. Further more, appraise the performance on the three choices index by expert, then it uses entropy-right method to adjust the weight from subjective to combination. Finally, it will use the fuzzy-grey relational analysis method to build up the decision-making model. We will apply this model to T wastewater treatment process project in W Company and get the best choice'improved A2/O process to the decision-maker for reference. Meanwhile, some suggestions for this optimization decision -making model are presented.According to analysis, research, model construction and application, optimization decision -making model of wastewater treatment process has fully considered the strength of preferred decision-making. And it avoids the disadvantage on traditional single decision-making model. It has the advantages of clearly logic relationship, simple calculation, and easy to understand and accept. Finally, this model can systemic, comprehensive and objective to process the wastewater treatment base on the determinate alternatives selection.
