Research On The Methodology Of Robust Design For High-speed Web Press's Fold

With the constant improvement of Web press's printing speed, the work performance of the 16 format has become the key factors restricting the printing speed. In Oder to achieve the 16 format's fold high speed running smoothly, This paper studied the 16 format high-speed web press's fold based on the robust design method.Robust design method is an effective engineering design methods developed in recent years, and has already been used in various fields widely. This paper introduced the basic theory, principle and methods of some commonly used based on the robust design's development process and research results.Then,summarized the robust design's current and future development.To analyze the influencing factors of fold's high speed running smoothly, this paper made kinematic comprehensive analysis for the fold. The analysis included motion analysis, kinematic precision probability analysis, design parameter's sensitivity analysis and experimental research on the vibration status of clearance in pair. Among them, in the kinematic precision probability analysis'process, this paper considered the design parameter's tolerance and established the kinematic precision probability analysis model, it realized the quantitative analysis to kinematic accuracy. In the process of design parameter's sensitivity analysis, established the design parameter sensitivity equation and model,analysed the sensitive degree of the design parameters.Meanwhile,in order to analyze the influence of motion pair clearance on mechanism motion state, based on the vibration test experiments, this paper studied the with clearance four-bar mechanism .Through the comprehensive kinematic analysis to the fold mechanism, established the robust design model based on sensitivity analysis, and obtained robust design solutions,and the robust design results and original design schemes were compared. According to the kinematic comprehensive analysis models and robust design model, this paper established a Web press's folder robust design platform.Then,the function of the platform was introduced and shown. Finally,summaried and prospected this paper's study.
