The Research On Quality Inspection In The Quality Management And The Control Technology Of The Furniture Production

The 21st century is the "Quality Century". Nowadays, with the development of the management mode and system, the furniture enterprises of our country should pay attention to the quality management and the control technology of the furniture production. And the quality inspection should be regarded and studied because it is not only an important part of quality management but also an effective technology of quality control.Duing to the investigation report of Mc Kinsey& Company, it is proved that the quality inspection is the most effective technology of quality control now, because the most of furniture enterprises'lever is lower. This paper explains how the furniture enterprises do the work of the quality inspection through the course of the quality inspection of 32mm system-furniture. As a part of the quality management, the quality inspection also have three components:planning,control course,and improvement, and it is a circulative course. With the compact connection of the market, both intrinsic factor and extraneous factor can affect the enterprise's quality management, so it should consider these factors to draft the quality control standards. Therefore, the enterprise should comply with the theory of the Quality Ecology, and goes by the way.The factors should be considered which should comply with the standards of the aim-market,our country and the quality need of the enterprise when the enterprise drafting the quality control standards. According to the standards, the laborers do the quality checking then. The last, it gain the research conclusion on the problem of quality and achieve the improvement-measures on the basis of the quality reports. Although, checking and protecting equipment on time,quality-training is necessary.Paying attention to training of the quality checker, because it connects the lever of the quality of the production, even the whole furniture industry. And there should be more mutual cooperation between the quality checkers in furniture enterprises and quality test-organization in order to the brighter further for each other.By studied the case of the quality control standards of materials of LianBang Furniture Company, it's shown that the furniture enterprises in our country have been aware of the importance of the quality inspection, and draft the quality standards with the suppliers and quality test-organization. It is advantaged, however, there being some fault.The conclusion of this paper is that the quality inspection is an important part of quality management and an effective control technology in the furniture enterprises of our country, and it can cause higher quality of the production,more effective quality management,lower costing and more competitive power and so on. Last but not the lest, this paper adopt the theory of Quality Ecology to the quality management of the furniture enterprises.
