Development And Study On Properties Of Knitting Matress

With the development of technology and the improvment of people's living standard, while together with rapid development of the social productivity, people have put forward higher request for life quality. Clothing,food,living and travelling have been improved more than before. Sleeping takes up one third time of our life, so sleeping quality affect people's health directly. Moreover, mattress's quality take much relations with sleeping comfort,So the mattress was studied in this paper.At present, there are woven jacquard mattress and knitting mattress in the international market. Due to knitting mattress has many excellent qualities, such as soft,wide,good ventilation, easy to care and rich of patterns, so it will take up the main market in the future. This paper use the best circular machine in the world to design the fabric, and seven kinds of mattress ticking have been developed, the heat and moisture comfartability and dynam capability are studied, the fuzzy math method is adopted to deal with the experience data, the shape preservation and enwrapping property of mattress fabric are integrative judged,then the optimum technics is acquired..Firstly, application of software is introduced. A series of experiments have been done, such as basic pattern designing experiment, pattern influenced by soleplate experiment, pattern influenced by yarns connecting ways experiment, and so on. When the final fabrics are compared, the basic technics of designing mattress ticking can be found.Secondly, upon to the basic techniques and some patterns which are used in factory, seven kinds mattress fabrics of different soleplate and connect yarns are developed, the heat and moisture comfartability and dynam capability are studied and analyzed.Thirdly, the shape preservation and enwrapping capability of seven kinds mattress fabrics are integrative judged and the optimum technics is achieved.Good shape preservation is good for mattress's appearance and wearing properties. Good enwrapping properties make the mattress surface fluence, corrugation slippery and uniformity. the shape preservation and enwrapping capability are important.At last, some questions in mattress developing and software using are summed up, maybe it is useful for designers to design and develop mattress which are welcome by market and consumer.
