| In this paper, an advanced spinning technology which combined compact spinning and Sirofil spinning in traditional ring spinning machine is studied. Basic on unique characteristics of spinning system and yarn structure applied by both the compact and Sirofil spinning, Compact-Sirofil Spinning provide technical support to high quality and high added value products. But the lack of related research on this technology hinders its application and development. So it's meaningful to study the spinning process and yarn structure based on theory analysis of Compact-Sirofil spinning.Firstly, the spinning mechanism of Compact-Sirofil technology is discussed in this paper. There are two features for fiber band in compact field:one is diameter reduction and the other is additional twists, which affect the vibration form of convergent points obviously. We presented the coordinate position and motion state of convergent point by picture analyzing. The twists up and down the convergent point were studied by theoretic deduction and also, the expression formulas were obtained.Then, the paper investigated the process parameters of Compact-Sirofil spinning. We selected single-factor, including the twist of yarn, the space between the filament and the roving, air negative pressure. When a single factor mentioned above is changed and other factors are fixed, the yarn properties have been tested and analyzed. By doing the three factors and five levels orthogonal combination experiment, the optimum spinning parameters were obtained:the twist of yarn,720 tpm; the space,9mm; the air negative pressure, (270x9.8)Pa. The optimization of cotton Compact-Sirofil spinning was researched in order to investigated the integrative influence of the three factors, which a central compound rotatable design under five levels. The optimum technical parameters are as follows:the twist of yarn,728 tpm; the space,9mm; the air negative pressure, (264×9.8) Pa.Comparing the properties of the Compact-Sirofil yarn and the Sirofil yarn, the relation of Compact-Sirofil yarn structure and properties has been studied. By analyzing the structure of vertical and horizontal cross-section, Compact-Sirofil cotton yarn had less hairiness. The continuous filament and short fibers wound each other in a spiral way evenly and smoothly. Through comparing various yarns, the paper argued that Compact-Sirofil yarn was superior to the other yarns in breaking force, breaking elongation, evenness and hairiness index, etc.At last, the paper exploration some new spinning system when the filament in different position. The result of some experiments showed that the quality of core-compact yarn was better than core-spun yarn by ring spinning. The paper also exploration C-Compact-Sirofil spinning in yarn properties compared with A-Compact-Sirofil spinning. |
