| In our country, the production metering technology of oil well widely used is mainly about that several oil wells output are transported to a metering station or a test station nearby. This kind of method of production metering is neither economical nor appropriate for the development of oil-company. How to change it to realize measure uninterrupted and to simplify the processing sequences and increase economic effect in home oil production is an important problem. The production metering technology based on dynamometer card is used to develop to solve the problem of single well output metering. Although this kind of method has partly been applied to oil field production, there are still some problems left unresolved. This paper completes those tasks and makes some research.Oil-well pumping is the core equipment in the Sucker rod pumping system, the performance of which has a direct impact on the level of economic benefit of the oil field. The characteristics of oil-well pump under the influence of different factors are directly reflected by the shape of pump Dynamometer Card, based on the ground Dynamometer Card and combine with mathematical model of pumping wells, this paper get the pump Dynamometer Card. Furthermore, a new curvature model of points in card is established, an algorithm for available pump stroke calculation is shown. Determine opening point and closing point of the traveling valve and fixed valve, Put forward Automatic oil theory of the rod pumping system and its mathematical model.Basis on the above-mentioned working, this paper makes a quantitative analysis of oil well production. According to obtaining the pump dynamometer cards, the valve opening and closing point and the type of pump condition, we analyses plunger stroke and its leakage, losing, gas volumetric efficiencies and pump efficiency. Due to the compressibility of liquid mixtures in oil-will pumping, the underground production is not equal to the surface production. A procedure can convert underground volume to surface liquid yield by computing volume coefficient of the mixture under discharge pressure is proposed. Then be able to more accurately calculate the amount of pumping production. |
