This article is based on native 9-26â„–14D centrifugal main fan.It have deeply studied the structure and working conditions of mine fan. After comprehensively analyzing wind turbine blade,line shaft and impeller assemble of mine fan it sets up foundation for the application of mine fan.Through the research on relevant theories and parameters of the centrifugal fan, the paper proposes mechanical analysis method of the key parts of mine fan.Then it made centrifugal mechanical analysis on 9-26 key components. It analysises the line shaft of 9-26â„–14D centrifugal fan through the spindle stress analysis theory of mine fan, provideing the basis for later analysis.Through the modal analysis theory and method, the paper raised the modal analysis method of key parts of 9-26â„–14D centrifugal fan, then it carried out modal analysis of the key parts of 9-26â„–14D centrifugal fan. The analysis is based on ANSYS software and finite element theory find the greatest force places of the key parts and provides a design theory for the fan designers.The modal analysis which was based on ANSYS software and modal analysis theory is on impeller assemble and line shaft of 9-26â„–14D centrifugal main fan. It also find the low natural frequencies of impeller assemble and line shaft which provides a design theory for the fan designers.
