Metal-Organic coordination polymers were given more and more attention due to their diversity and potential application. In these polymers, we have obtained 1D, 2D and 3D infinite networks by using multicarboxylate ligands and metal ions. Hydrogen bonds and uncovalent weak interactions play an important roles in the formation of the networks. As a novel microporous materials, MOFs have the application in porous material, such as gas storage, separation, catalysis, further more, they characteristic can be adjust by directional select of metal ions and organic ligand, so they were more and more applied in photology, electrology, magnetical, chiral resolution. In this work we summarized the study of nitrogen and oxygen multituberculate complexes. We have synthesized eighteen complexes by hydrothermal, diffution reaction, which were chatacterized by elemental analysis, X-ray diffraction, FT-IR spectrum, XRD pattern. The fluorescence, thermal stability and electrochemistry were also presented. This thesis is divided into four chapters. In the first chapter, the main facets and several recent topics of molecular magnetism are systemically introduced, as well as the reseach significance and the results of this thesis. In the second chapter, seven lyophobic and hydrophile coordinate polymers were synthesized by using the 5-methyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid and 6-(3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)picolinic acid ligands. Guest water molecules display diversity of morphological, such as dimer, terpolymer, hexamer and decamer, which form helix water chains, water tapes, cages and so on.In the third chapter, Five micropores structures MOFs , Na2K[Cd3(tpca)6(DMF)2] , Na[Cd2(bdca)](13), [Cu2(oba)2·(DMF)2(H2O)] and [Cu2(4,4′-bpy)5(H2O)4](ClO4)4(4,4′-bpy)(DMF)2(H2O)2 were synthesized by adjust the length of the ligands, number of the nods and template molecule base on 4,4'-oxydibenzoic acid, terephthalic acid and [1,1'-biphenyl]-4,4'-dicarboxylic acid ligands. Within these complexes, the adsorption, aperture and pore volume varied according the lenghth of the ligands. These complexes were stable before 200℃supported by TG-DTG test under nitrogen atmosphere. In the fourth chapter and fifth chapter, we also synthesized four complexes by using 4,4'-oxydibenzoic acid ligand. 2,2'-bipyridine and phenanthroline were also selected as the second ligand. Further more, we also studied the effect of hydrogen bond,π-πstacking and weak contact in the formation of the structure. In the sixth chapter, some pyrazole ligands and lanthanide complexes were obtained. We Structured Learning the luminescence properties of the complexes and using 1,10-phenanthroline as a sensitizer to obtain highly efficient luminescence and found that the complexes display 30% more intensity of luminescence by using 1,10-phenanthroline as a sensitizer. Macromolecule microballoons is very usefull in obtain more intensity luminescence.
