With the continuous development of automation in recent years, high efficient production has been one of technical requirements of mutil-bar warp knitting machine, and high production speed is a prerequisite to ensure efficient production, and the more efficient must be under the high production speeds can bring greater economic benefits for enterprises which make lace, can promote the rapid development of lace industry. However production speed of domestic and foreign multi-bar warp knitting machines is great different. Production speed of new multi-bar warp knitting machine JL42 /1 made by Karl Mayer company 1 is up to 850rpm, while production rate of domestic similar configuration model is less than 450rpm, only be half of foreigner. So the paper systematicly studies on the impact of factors of production speed of muti-bar warp knitting machine.The article first introduces development process of the multi-bar warp knitting machine, researchs on situation of study at home and abroad about the production speed of muti-bar warp knitting machine,points out that domestic study on production speed multi-bar of warp knitting machine is not deeply enough; This paper introduces knitting configuration and shogging bodies and Jacquard devices of multi-bar warp knitting, and analyze their impact on production speed;This paper presents a DSP-based servo control of electronic sliding system, using this system we have a test on the factors of shoging time with software of Mitsubishi servo, obtained servo performance and pulse sequence are the main effects of shogging time; From China's actual conditions, we bring forward the transform mechanical multi-bar warp knitting machine to electronic machine is effective way to enhance production speed, and then we have evaluated effectiveness and enforce ability of this measure. As for he Jacquard research, paper presents a CAN bus based on piezoelectric Jacquard control system,by the design hardware of control systems to ensure responsiveness, rapid communications, good performance,with the jacquard system we have tested offset time of jacquard yarn needle and charge or discharge time, we know the major factor to impact responsive time of the Jacquard yarn is offset time the needle, and got the highest production rate of the domestic and foreigner three types of Jacquard can adapt by calculated.In short, the subject systematic studies on the impact factors of multi-bar warp knitting machine's production speed, by testing production speed factors of servo control multi-bar warp knitting machine,come to measures to raise our production speed of multi-bar warp knitting.It is good to improve our domestic production speed and production efficiency of muti-bar warp knitting machine.
