With the development of the natural rubber preliminary processing industry, the natural rubber preliminary processing equipment developes to large scale, automation, and diversified, especially to large scale. Enhancing production efficiency ensure the high grade product with low cost, making products more competitive, thence, the large scale production equipment with low cost has becomes the inevitable developing trend. However, the crepes machine, whether batch produced typesor under developing types, all are just enlarged type based on the existing crepe machine by empirical design, which has not been analyze scientifically. On the determination of the bowl's lateral compressive force, work still stayes on the basis of empirical design, there exists no theoretically accurate design formula yet. This also hindered the development of the crepes machine to the large scale, low cost direction.ZP-350×700 crepes machine in Xishuangbanna rubber machine factory has been studied with dynamics. On the basis of related literatures, according to the rubber elastoplastic deformation theory, established the bowl lateral compressive force mathematical model. On the foundation of the elastoplasticity finite element theory, with the aid of the powerful finite element analysis function ANSYS/LS-DYNA, the modelling function of PRO/E and the convenient and visual post-processing function of LS-PREPOST, simulated the forming process of crepes machine with finite element method.With the smooth roll finite element simulation model established, the explicit dynamics simulation analysis was carried out for the process of creping, the distortion, the speed and the stress strain condition of material, the velocity distribution situation between the rollers, the bowl stress are ompared with the results of the bowl lateral compressive force mathematical model, which showed that the finite element model has certain accuracy and the feasibility. On the basis of the smooth roll finite element simulation model, the finite element simulation model of the tracery bowl with the diamond pattern on the surface is established, analyzed the stress strain in the creping process, analysed the load situation of the bowl with different roll distance, adjusted and revised the lateral compressive force mathematical model of the smooth roll bowl, finally deterimined the lateral compressive force mathematical model of the crepes machine bowl, and made analysis of the effect of the size of the tracery bowl with the diamond pattern on its surface on the bowl lateral compressive force. Using the bowl lateral compressive force computation model and the power computational method of the creping, provided recommendation parameter of the the series motor-driven power of the crepe machine, providing a reference to selection of motor power for the the direction of large scale crepes machine.The method applied in this paper and the mathematical model of the bowl lateral compressive force of crepes machine would give good directional and promotive effect to the design of new crepes machine and the selction of motor, which has prefound practical significance.
