On the basis of previous studies, the paper study on the degreasing techniques of Masson pine board with a new method—solvent vapor-phase method.Conducted three explorative experiments, select the 4h,6h,8h, as the three levels of holding time, select 50%,60%,70% as the three levels of solvent concentration, select the 100℃,105℃,110℃as the three levels of heating temperature. The results show that the three factors have important affect on degreasing effect. So we can confirm the factors and the levels of orthogonal experiment.Orthogonal experimental results show that the degreasing rate of the three factors on the order of the impact of primary and secondary is solvent concentration>holding time> heating temperature. At the same time, the best degreasing techniques we get is select the holding time for 6h and select the solvent concentration for 70% and select the heating temperature for 105℃.Verification experiment results show that Masson pine achieve the best degreasing effect by the best degreasing techniques of orthogonal experiment. And the average degreasing rate is reached 76.95%, the average penetration depth is reached 3.67cm.Material experimental results show that the physical and mechanical properties of the Masson pine does not have the obvious drop, and the dimensional stability, the adhesion properties, the paint performance have been obvious improved. So it can be used as solid wood furniture, flooring, interior decoration and packaging of high-end luxury timber.Solvent recycling experiment results show that the average solvent recovery is reached 60.20%, the average degreasing rate is reached 75.91% which the degreasing effect is almost the same with the verification experiment. Besides, the solution treated by solvent vapor-phase method can be recovered and recycled which does not produce any pollution. It can effectively reduce costs, comply with the requirements of green production very much.The paper provides theoretical bases and technical instructions for improving usage of the quick growing plantation of Masson pine lumber, this can alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of wood. The study is very practical and useful.
