| Nowadays the computer artificial intelligence technology is developing rapidly, especially Knowledge Engineering, Expert System and Data Mining are widely used in many fields, and people hope to apply these techniques to solve the complex problems in practical production process. The design of evaluation problems is a complex technical problem always met in production process. Evaluation of roll design is an important link in manufacturing cold formed sections, since then, the designing of evaluation problems needs a deeper systematical study. Because with the general design roll is empirical formulas and parameters, the design gives the roll can not complete the task, if required rolling without evaluating direct fabrication, possible meeting appears rejects. Because the design of rolls is usually based on empirical formulas and parameters, the designed rolls may not accomplish the demand rolling task, rejects would appear without pre-evaluation. The expert system and computer virtual technology used in the roller evaluation process can effectively increase the evaluate speed and accuracy; meanwhile provide better conditions for enterprise's development.This paper based on the existing design and manufacture problems of roll, analyzed the background and significance of this topic, using artificial intelligence, expert system and data mining technology established a roll evaluation and virtual system to realize the optimization of precise manufacturing methods. The present study using data mining software WEKA for data pre-treatment to obtain knowledge and association rules to provide parameters basis for development of roll expert system.In order to make roll expert system more convenient, its exploitation and utilization is based on J2EE technology combined with the B/S structure, the final 3d virtual of roll is realized by CATIA secondary development technology. By using the developed system, the designed roll parameters are inputted into the roll expert system, through the search in knowledge base and machine reasoning, the evaluation results are got. If the result does not fit the design requirements, revision should be suggested and after that test again. If the result met the criterion, roll three-dimensional display which is made use of the roll virtual system should be further made for the graphics evaluation by design experts.Intelligent expert evaluation system is an organic whole of knowledge, reasoning, judgment, through the parameters evaluation of designed products, solve the unreasonable design problems, and provide a theoretical and technical method for the realization of intelligent manufacturing and excellent product quality. |
