This material has good properties: epoxy resin in good physical and chemical properties after curing, good dielectric properties, shrinkage small, non-metallic and metallic materials have excellent adhesive strength, high hardness, alkali and most solvents stability, good flexibility, good dimensional stability of products; overall performance meet the needs of cure.Curing oven in the design of this fully into account the characteristics of epoxy resin and glass fiber, in order to maintain stability of their characteristics, the use of infrared heating methods. Infrared radiation heating is a new heating technology, electromagnetic waves pass through, without heating the air. Heating compared to the past, this new type of heating has fast curing, heating uniformity, low cost, high efficiency advantages; the same time in the heating process, heat loss, pollution, meet the energy requirements of environmental protection; In addition, the infrared heating control simple and safe; comprehensive comparison with other heating methods, infrared heat better meet the actual needs of this article.In the curing oven of the hardware design, will be divided into two parts, namely, the furnace design and the design of rotating bodies.
