With the increasing depth of mining, rock burst is becoming more and more serious. It has become a major disaster for the production and safety of mining. With the extension of mining depth, when stress meet the intensity conditions rock burst will be possile. From the depth of origin, rock burst in coal pillar, coal protruding part and adjacent coal pillars fluctuation section might occur, and with the extension of deep-level mining, rock burst might takes place in more extensive scope. All the areas near the mining face, thickness of coal seam and the inclination of regional and sudden changes of geological tectonic zone may become the bursting risk zone. Through the geological condition and mining technological conditions analysis, rock burst possible areas can be contoured.The burst liability of coal and rock, bursting risk zone division by improved comprehensive index method and prevention of rock burst were studied in this thesis, based on the real geological, coal seam and mining technology conditions in Pingdingshan Coal Industry Group No.4 Coal Mine. Specific content has the following respects:(1) The rock burst tendency of main coal seam in Pingdingshan Coal Industry Group No.4 Coal Mine were studied, using the dynamic failure time, elastic energy index, burst energy index and bending energy index. Draw the conclution that six main minings mostly haveâ…¡weak burst liability but only in W8 coal seam burst liability smaller forâ… burst liability, Meanwhile, the roof strata burst liability of six main coal seams were studied,which drew the conclution that most hadâ…¡weak burst liability. The direct roof of D5.6 coal seam, the old roof of W8 coal seam, the direct roof of J15 coal seam hadâ… burst liability and the roof of W9.10 coal seam hadâ…¢strong liability, which provided the basis for impact dynamics disaster zone division.(2) Determine the principle and method of the burst dynamic disaster danger zone division, based on the original comprehensive index method, combining the basis of pingdingshan mine area and No.4 Coal Mine specific conditions and fixed factors and calculation method of the index, identify new comprehensive index systems that suit No.4 Coal Mine. And six main coal seam burst risk zone has been divided in No.4 Coal Mine. (3) In connection with the present situation of risk zone division in PingMei No.4 Coal Mine, the thesis proposed a few kinds pressure release technology included mining protective layer, coal seam water injection, pressure release blasting. Protective layer mining is the most effective prevention of rock burst. No.4 Coal Mine has 6 layers coal recoverable, protective layer mining condition is superior, regional anti-burst measures that use protective layer mining has already achieved remarkable effect. Analyzed the coal seam affusion and pressure release blasting principle and the application in the No.4 Coal Mine , and aimed at concrete working face forward coal seam affusion and pressure loose blasting construction craft.
